Viewing hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday - list opening to close of bids.
Must use our Salvage Bid Form.
Bid form must be filled out completely and correctly.
All units are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
Although every effort is made to represent each unit accurately, we are not responsible for errors in our list and some units may
not have keys.
High bids are subject to insurance company approval.
Look before you bid.
Titles are provided to buyers unless otherwise noted.

Friday following bid closing.
Payment must be cash or guaranteed instrument.
A submitted bid is a binding contract and the successful bidder must pay and pick up unit before 5pm Tuesday
following bid closing.
Storage will be charged after Tuesday.
ALL units must be paid for before any pick up can be made.
