Minot Dakota Salvage Pool is a sealed bid auction of wrecked /impounded /abandoned vehicles. The auction, or "list", happens every 2-4 months, and is open for bidding for 10 days. It is a blind bidding process where participants submit one confidential offer by a specific deadline. Bidders cannot see competing offers. After the deadline, the seller opens all bids simultaneously and selects the highest qualified bid. Vehicles can be closely viewed and inspected during business hours, M-F 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Bidder is responsible to determine if they are the successful bidder by calling 701-839-5392 or check website thursday evening following bid closing.

Payment must be cash or guaranteed instrument (i.e. cashier’s check)

Bids close Wednesday. High bids will be posted end of business day Thursday. Pick-up is Friday, Monday and Tuesday during business hours.
A submitted bid is a binding contract and the successful bidder must pay and pick up unit before 4pm Tuesday following bid closing
Storage fees will be charged after Tuesday

The Company Name that is provided on the registration form or bid sheet is the name put on the title. If there is no Company Name, than the Bidders Name will go on the title - NO EXCEPTIONS

A submitted bid is a binding contract and the successful bidder must pay. Failure to honor your high bid will result in a permanent ban from all future salvage pool auctions.
